Brooklyn Heights Veterinary Hospital recommends theinsuredpet.com as a resource for researching and comparing insurance plans. Clients are also welcome to contact our reception desk for information.
We offer vet direct pay through Trupanion Express.
Upon request, we are happy to assist in submitting insurance claims for client reimbursement.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, Care Credit, cash, and upon request and at our discretion, we can accept checks and PayPal. At this time, we cannot accept coupons or vouchers provided by third party vendors.
Having an Emergency?
If your pet is having an emergency, please call our office directly at 718-624-1200 or take your pet to an Emergency 24 hour hospital such as VERG North or Blue Pearl Brooklyn immediately.

(Food & medication pick up until 6:00pm)
Saturday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
(Food & medication pick up until 5:00pm)
Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
(Open only for food & medication pick up)
If you have a concern about an expiring vaccine, please contact us.
The office will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, July 4th and Memorial Day.
